Useful Info
Who is this for?
Attaching names to this legacy project is very important. Not only are there immediate people in your life who will benefit from your gifts, stories and wisdom, it’s also important to consider who you want to touch generations from now.
Think of your immediate family contacts, that is, people who are in your life today. Kids, grandkids and maybe great grandkids probably comprise the list. A great practice is to list all of these family members by name. This will bring into conscious awareness of all of the people you want you want to reach. Listing these names adds fuel and perseverance to this large project.
List all your kids’ (and spouses’) names. Under each name leave room for both grandkids and great grandkids as well. Designate a separate line for each name on the list to leave room for notes.
WE NEED A GOOD FORM FOR THIS WITH SPACE TO WRITE.

Is there information that you want to leave specific family members?
- For instance, there may be specific information you want to leave your only son about being a patient father when their kids are teenagers.
- Is there specific information you want to give one or more of your grandkids?
